Mr. Kangye is a dedicated and results-oriented legal professional with extensive experience in agricultural law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.

He has a proven track record as chairperson of Uganda National dairy Traders Association (UNDATA) a body that collaborates with government agencies and industry stakeholders to advocate for policies that benefit the dairy sector traders. He has offered the strategic direction and governance of the association, focusing on sustainable practices and member engagement.

Mr. Kangye is an influential member of the board of directors for the Dairy Development Authority (DDA) a government agency charged with the mandate of developing and regulating the dairy sector in Uganda. Passionate advocate for sustainable agricultural practices and committed to enhancing the dairy sector through effective policy development and stakeholder engagement.

He is a Lawyer at Niinye, Kangye & Co. Advocates where he has represented clients in agricultural and environmental law disputes, focusing on dairy-related regulations and compliance. Advised clients on contract negotiations, risk management, and compliance with state regulations.

Conducted legal research and drafting of opinions, ensuring clients understand their rights and obligations in the various industries.
He is deeply involved in the livestock value addition interventions right from animal production to products development and marketing.
